Are you planning a trip in the near future? Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, you'll need to plan ahead to take advantage of the best prices on the dates you need.

But organizing a trip isn't always easy, as unforeseen events can happen very quickly, and you'll need supporting documents to protect yourself, depending on the situation. For example, you'll need an AirFrance invoice to present to your company for reimbursement in the case of a business trip. It's also a good idea to bring a receipt with you to claim reimbursement in certain situations.

But do you get an invoice automatically when you book your flight?

How do I retrieve my AirFrance invoice?

You may need your AirFrance invoice in several situations, and it will never be easy to obtain it if you don't know how. Of course, you'll need to make sure that you request your invoice from the airline you've booked your trip with. So make sure you've booked your trip with AirFrance before making any requests.

Don't worry, if you've booked your flight with AirFrance, it will be very simple to get your invoice and understand it so you can use it easily. But to get it, you'll need to take a few moments to gather the necessary information.

  • Name of payer
  • Your reservation reference (alphanumeric code)
  • Passenger's name
  • Passenger's first name

Then simply fill in your invoice request form or contact AirFrance directly by e-mail. Please remember to provide your flight details so that customer service can issue your invoice as quickly as possible, as invoices are not issued automatically after booking.

You'll receive your invoice within a few days at most! The AirFrance invoice provides you with information such as booking details, inclusive and supplementary charges, taxes and discounts, and the invoice total.
